The games, code, art, sound, brand, and website content are owned by GXAI Studio, except where third-party assets are used under license. All rights reserved unless explicitly stated.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GXAI Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months — which, for free games, is zero.

We may add, modify, or remove features, levels, and content at any time. We may also discontinue a game with reasonable notice on this site.

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraud or harassment.
